Join our team: now hiring for Nisqually River Council Program Coordinator

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and collaborative program coordinator to support the Nisqually River Council and the other core programs of the Nisqually River Foundation. The Coordinator is responsible for planning and facilitating monthly Nisqually River Council and committee meetings with up to 40 community and government representatives and for drafting correspondence, plans, and communications on behalf of the NRC. The Coordinator leads public outreach on behalf of the NRF and NRC through social and traditional media channels and community events, helps with grants and fundraising efforts, and supports our environmental education, volunteer, and stewardship activities.

This is a full-time position with occasional weekend and evening work required. Our small nonprofit is a collaborative team that works as part of a diverse network to restore, protect, and appreciate the Nisqually Watershed.
