Enthusiastic environmental educator wanted! The Nisqually River Foundation is hiring a full-time educator and program coordinator to work with the Nisqually River Education Project’s youth and volunteer programs. This position will work closely with the NREP Program Director and will assist in delivering the programs of the NREP. The position has the lead responsibility for coordinating the Water Quality Monitoring Program, which serves 450 students with in-class and field-based experiences. This position also manages volunteer outreach, training, and events in partnership with other watershed organizations (Nisqually Land Trust, Nisqually Indian Tribe, and others) working on citizen science, monitoring, and environmental recovery projects. This is a full-time position with occasional weekend and evening work required. Our small nonprofit is a collaborative team that works as part of a diverse and collaborative network to restore, protect, and appreciate the Nisqually Watershed. Come join our team!
